sorry this is a bit nauseating to watch but here is a crappy cell phone record of the installation i set up for the tooth deal-- the envelope in the pink says "for you" which is the title-- the wreaths on the wall are teeth wreaths, and the card has the poem in it and kids picking apples on the front of it.
